type: this is where you put if your technique is physical or mental. (you choose this.)
Cost: this is the cost of the tech and/or how many times you can use it. NO TOUCHY!!
Effect: this is how much damage the technique will do and any other thing the technique does. you may put your own damage here BUT IT IS ONLY A SUGGESTION!!! the admins have the final say as to how much damage things do.
Description: Describe what your tech looks like and what you need to do to use your tech.
