The Wind Tunnel

Large enough to fit several recruits in at once, the wind tunnel was once used to test the speed of S.S. Soldiers during combat (often used for the higher ranked officers to get a laugh from the foot soldiers’ suffering, as well). Once someone has entered the wind tunnel, the door slams shut and locks until “training” has been completed—that is, until the spar has ended. Because it was used for combat testing, both the tunnel itself and its fans are made of highly durable material. The winds used in training ranged from 50mph at the lowest to over 150mph at the highest.

EFFECTS

All wind/air based techniques gain a +(2*{user level}) in damage or defense
Speed for all combatants is reduced by 5 unless they have wings as they can use the increased wind to increase lift and control in the air.

Dante floats in the wind tunnel with his wings out allowing the wing to do all the work. his eyes are closed as he drifts in the air feeling weightless.
