Subway Systems

A subway system that is quite frequently used by pedestrians. If you control these subway systems then you can access all parts of Eether city. However trains still go by and if you get hit by one you will take massive damage. damage=80 + what damage the tech does. In order to make someone get hit by a train on purpose you must have a throwing technique that is controllable, e.g. sends person 6 meters away. The train however does not come by whenever you decide, it does come at the beginning of the the third post and every 7 user posts after that. it lasts from the beginning of the user's post and lasts until the beginning of their next post. e.g, in a three person fight, with Dan, Jim, and Mike, the train comes on the beginning of Jim's turn, and lasts until the beginning of Jim's next turn. the next time the train would come is on Jim's 7th turn, after the turn on which the train left.
