Dire Clearing

As everything in The dire jungle, The clearings Are Massive too. this one is the largest and easiest to find. this clearing is 300 meters in diameter, with 30 cm tall grass. there are no Trees in the clearing (surprise). however, the trees lining the clearing are so close together that except for four spots placed evenly around the circle, the trees make a 100 meter tall wall of wood.

Leif watched as the harpy dive towards Mojanbo. In reaction, Mojanbo opened up, into a semi-sphere and engulf the harpy. From within, the sound of a harpy being torn apart could be heard.
“oh come now, your boring Mojanbo.”
*looks over to see blood seeping out from Mojanbo*
“oh dear, I think your harpy’s gone.”

Racklor Screams, "you shall pay for that!!!" then He ripps the olt out of his side. then he sents a large last of fire at the nature spirit. He is surprized by the effect of his attack on the spirit. it seems to melt and not urn Racklor says, "What is this trickery?"

Dante Revved the engins humming a catchy tune - from a popular sega game about a blue hedgehog - and dashed at the devil sending a swift kick to the back of his head then kicking off the top of his head with the other foot ad launching a barrage of wind blades at the melting summon to split some vines.

Leif Frowned as Mojanbo was melted into a puddle, and some of the reamining vines chopped up. sighing, Leif willed the puddle to return to him, and then started to breath life back into the ooze, turning it from a puddle into a small mushroom.
“wait here, my friend, your time will come.”

Racklor Flies over the tree. then sends a blast of fire down at the tree. he sees the leaves start to Crisp and small fires start on the end of its higher branches. then he stops and glides to a safe distance ( 30 feet up and 40 feet away from the tree and dante) waiting for the trees reaction.

Dante revvs the engins and launches away from leif then draws his cross bow up launching 5 bolts at racklors wings.
"long distance wont help"
Dante circles racklor in a wind bind holding his arms an legs against each other throwing him towards the ground.

*stands there, focusing on the mushroom*

Racklor sees the bolts closing in on him. He creates a shield made of fire. (the shield is 3 1/2 feet across and perfectly circular except for the wisps of fire coming from the edges) the bolts are instantly incinerated and all that was left were little puffs of black smoke. then as he is plumeting to the earth pushed by what seemed to be the wind. Racklor spreads his wings and slows his fall. but unfortunatly he still hits the ground with a heavy thud and leaving a crator. then he gets up and and summons a protective fire wisps around him

Dantes right forarm turns to a nozzel with a red canaster attatched to the bottom. he aims it at racklors seild and a white foam from the fire extinguisher strikes the shield smothering the flames before he fires another two bolts at racklors chest.

*picks mushroom from ground*
*slowly walks toward dante and racklor*
"so, about this, fun

Racklor side steps the first but the second gouges his shoulder. "ha only a fleash wound" he says as if it was a little scrach. then he flies up 30 feet. and the slashes at the air multiple times sending tri-waves of fire at the ground around dante and over his head as to try and block him in.

Dantes fire extinguisher arm tranforms once again inot a dimond like riot shield. the srface is perfectly smooth alowing dante to see though it fairly easily.
"well that was cool...."
Dante drove towards racklor with the wine of the engines grabbing him in a veil of wind and hurling him towards a tree. (which just so happened to be walking with a mishroom)

*leif smiled, as the demon came hurtling towards him. at the last moment, the mushroom exploded in a massive shower of wooden shrapnel, all of which was aimed directly at the demon, point blank. the shrapnel kept flying for a full five seconds*
"exploding mushroom jutzu!"

Racklor send a small but long blast of fire at the shrapnel until the blast hit the tree. then he jumps back from both of them and says, "thats impossible!" then racklor says sharply but deeply, "INCENDIA VENIO!!!!" he calls the heat and fire from the deepest hottest part of hell. the heat and fire surround him and create a phisical barrier that shields him from some damage. then says. so tree, lets see u have a go at this shapeshifter. ha!"

Dante Tunrs away from racklor then spins the back wheels sending a cloud of dust and dirt flys up towards racklor. flying at racklor through the dust is a cross bow bolt as dante flys up behind him with his right arm now a mechanical cannon like object as a concentraited blast of wind smashed into the fire barrier dispersing a small section of the flames strikeing racklor.

Leif, amazed that the demon came out of the mushroom explosion without a scratch, decided he needed to be a little more of an opportunist. Leif saw the cloud of dust raise, and after the blast of wind put a hole in his shield and dispersed the dust a little, leif decided it was time to act. Leif quickly sent a very green sharp vine through the hole, aiming it at racklor’s left leg.

Racklor takes the bolt in the left arm. He rips it out then the vine wraps around his left leg. Racklor focuses fire on the vine and burns it off. Then Racklor sends a large blast of fire at the tree from the trees side and sends him hurdling on fire toward the man.

Dante's arm warps itself again this time into a cannon like arm with a spear head at the end. He Fired the Titanium tipped spear head from the cannon - with a chain trailing - which then pierced Racklors leg all the way through. it launched out the other side only to pull back with the spear opening in to a grappling hook. Dante swung it down as he jumped sending racklor flying towards the flameing briervex.

Leif was hit by a wall of flame and sent flying. Luckily however, Leif’s mind is quick to react. Almost instantaneously, a vine shot from the ground and wrapped itself around Leif’s midsection, acting as a bungee cord to return him to the spot of the vine. A plant then sprouted from Leif’s arm, and spat out plant-water onto the resounding flames.
*sprouts vines from around dante that shoot up, encircling him.

Racklor gets struck by the hook. then he snaps it in half and pulls it out. the Racklor uses the grappling hook like a whip to fling dante to the ground (as the grapling hook is part of dante and connected to him.)after the tree surounded him with vines. then after letting go of the hook Racklor eats a cinnamon cupcake to heal his leg. "MMmmmmm" Racklor says

Dante’s body goes rigid holding a solid shape as it becomes super dense and metallic hitting the ground with a loud thud only to return to his original unmorphed self.
“well I’ve had my fun but I need to go….next time we meet ill be bringing you in devil.”
Dante lifts off from the ground and flys off to an unknown location.

"ya, I've had my fun, and you look hurt, devil. you might wanna check out the oasis in this forest"
*leaps into a tree and disappears.*

*just flies off into the distance. the direction of the Oasis*

Sahn comes running through the forest hearing the distant battle hoping to get a taste of what this world held for him. as he clears into the opening he see scorched earth, areas with huge bundles of vines, and wheel tracks in the earth "IM MISSED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
disappointed at himself he walks through the forest hoping for another fight
