Gang Applications

Here you will post your application for your gang. you dont need a template just put a name and a short descrition of the gang like what there ideals are if any.

Name: P.A.T.I.O. S.S (P.A.T.I.O Special Service)
Leader upon creation: Dante Alan Lock
Ideal: Riding the World of Comunists and other evils (anyone non human).
accepting: Humans only as members. exceptions: Dante since hes undercover as a human (=shapeshifter), anyone beaten by an S.S member is given a choice of death or eternal service to P.A.T.I.O (brain washed to fighting for P.A.T.I.O)

This is a special Gang for Plot reasons. Other gangs may gain members through recruiting or IC Blackmail if they really want, though the S.S is the only gang with brain washing tech. ONLY the leader of the S.S can brain wash others and they can only do so if they defeat the target in a non-blue blood area.

Satrter package: Humans who join the S.S may choose either the revolver or the taser (one or the other not both) along wiht getting a net and all members of the S.S get the badge.

effect: 5 damage per shot
type: mundane weapon
description: A Six shot revolver with very normal shots. one cna hold up to six shots on there person at any time and they can only refill at an S.S location. The bullets have 100 percent accuracy at up to 600 yards as all S.S mambers are well trained marksmen. Can be enchanted if you have the means.

effect: Pysical stun for one of your opponents posts
type: secondary, Mundane weapon
description: A small two pronged hand held device which will send volts of electrcity through the opponetnts body on contact makeing them physicaly (but not mentaly) stunned for one of there posts. This weapon cannot be enchanted as it s a secondary weapon.

Name: Grav-Net
use: 1 per battle
Effect: One turn physical hold
Type: secondary, mundane weapon
description: A 3 inche wide disk which can be thrown. this disk explodes into a net which expands depending on its target to hold it to the ground. It will hold them for one of there posts though they can still use ranged and mental attacks from the net. Outside of battle this net will bring a fallen opponent even if they are in a blueblood area to an S.S area to be brainwashed into S.S members. This cannot be enchanted.

type: Mundane Emblem
description: A Small badge held by any member of the S.S. This emblam gose to any member as proof of being S.S. This Emblam can be used to signal other S.S members that you are in a fight. this allows other S.S members to back you up. Out side of battle you can flash your badge like a bad ass and be instantly hated by 95% of the other races.

Rank Rules:
To go up in rank, one must face an opponent one rank higher then themselves (EX: A Page cannot challenge a Paladin for rank.) Or recieve a special Promotion from the Commander or a Lt. Commander.

All lower ranks shall show respect and follow the higher ranks command, as long as the higher ranked officer's morales are not seen as "Unknightly." Through experience and proper judgement, we can make this a better world!
