The Clock Tower

Towering high over what is left of this portion of the city is a grand clock tower built back during the prime of the world. The walls are made out of a crystalline structure which allows light to shine through in brilliant arrays of color, and shows the outside from within, but keeps the inside from without. The face of the clock tower, decorated by the gilded black hands of time, glows a brilliant gold at night, illuminating both within and without. A balcony stretches around the tower just at the base of the clock’s face so that one could wander outside and sit against the smooth, cold face. A back door leads into the clock tower from up a flight of stone steps, and reveals a winding staircase which, if followed to its peak, leads to the aforementioned balcony.

"really? you dont know?" Dante looks honestly suprised. "they are a group run by P.A.T.I.O to protect the humans from the other scum that come through the portals. They defened Eether City and othe rplaces from the wrath of the gangs that rise up too." Flashes his S.S captains badge and smiles. "there top fighter is the collest guy ever and tends to kick the ass of anyone who looks at him the wrong way." winks at misery smileing. " you understand?"

*he looks up at him his hair changing color*

"Hardly my fault if some hot head attacked you cause he dosnt like my work and balmed you. blame the un-informed assailent. Besides its not as if i would want someone like you on the S.S. you dont seem human." Dantesteps inot his face smileing. "Why do you want revenge? cause in that case i take full responsibility for it."

*he smiles more and pushes him*

*suddenly his entire form changes and he is swinging a sword down at Dante*

Dante is blasted back - about 7 feet- with is own wind to avoid the slash and as he flips backwords in the air he fires inverted at each limb of Misery aswell as his chest. before landing again on his feet and launching a blast of wind at Misery's stomach from his palm.

Description: Dante will Send a large burst of wind at the opponent. the blast is very turbulent and will cause many lacerations on there body. this blast comes from either his mouth or his palms. this wind can knock away or atleast decrese the damage of an oncomeing projectile attack. this attack can knock an opponenet off there feet with ease up to 5 feet back. 10 foot range.

Dante rushes past him with an arm out strenched stricking him in the chest with a spiked arm. he then quickly turned around fireing another five shots at his back.

Dante knocked himself away with two blasts of wind - one to the right then one backwords - and smiles at racklor. "Ah just the devil i wanted to see." Dante turned to misery and smirked pointing his crossbow hand gun ant misery. "sorry but we must end it here. mabey when yor stronger we will have a better fight." Dante pulls the trigger in blinding succesion each shot burying the last deeper each bolt strikeing the one before. A total of 5 bolts launched at miserys chest fallowed up by another chargeing spiked arm attack. then he turned to racklor. "shall we warm up a little since i am tired we will just practice for a little. It would be wise for it to be just sporting since i have a buisness proposition for you."

Dante being a gentalmen now lifts the man placeing him at the base of the tower. then form a blanket from his hand tossing it over the boy. "Least i can do after he was mutilated." Dante turned back to racklor. "forget about the combat lets talk buissness. As you know by now the S.S are determind to stop all gangs from gaining territory. though they havnt done much of this yet im sure you and your paper pusher buddy will be on that soon when you et power. I have a proposition for you. for a small monthly price which can be determind between us i will keep the S.S out of your main territories. though we will have to attack one everyonce in a while I will allow you to recapture it soon after. The Payment will be to me and not the S.S. I was thinking something around 20% of the earnings for the month. the price can be negotiated. i also dont need a response now as i need to rest. i will be waiting in the uinderground atrika apratment compound on the 4th floor. Meet me there with your response." With that dantes wings burst from his back takeing off to the aprartment compound dropping misery off in the healing springs of the Dire oasis.

Racklor flies down from above the clouds and sees this crystalline tower and he decides to land on the balcony. Racklor Stands againts the building in absolute silence. like he was listening for somthing.

he wqas quite a bored one not very strong any more and his cowardice shown through as he scaped and succied from place to place, " I used to be but now I'm..." is a thought that flashed in his head from time to time. he had been on the run for quite some time his wings grew tired and his weight was getting the better of him but he could almost smell home.. he thought.

the clock tower was not far from where he was in fact he could hear its chime, he loved the idea of time because before humans it wasn't a factor now everyone is bound by it allure mortal and immortal alike. That place seemed safe for now home for now.

he flew to the arch as he grew too tired to proceed to find he was not alone , and now knew why he smelled home, He spoke if only barley a whisper, "you have his smell," as it waif in his nostrils and suddenly he didn't feel so tired, he felt much better. he used his many wings to cover his body more and walked to him slowly smiling chucking even, Asmodeus's mood had improved greatly.

Racklor slowly pulled himself off the wall "theres a familiar sight, i have yet to see any of our kind around this place and i have been looking for a while. oh where are my manors. I am Racklor Diablo Crado, Son of the great Lucifer" as he says this his eyes glowed bloody red and fire jetted all around him.

He swayed back in forth as if he was dancing before he responded and smiled harder darker, his voice still as soft as he would tell a dark secret, "well I can tell who your father is, he moved closer, you have his eyes." He took a step back and swayed once more before opening his wings, "I am Asmodeus one of the & kings of hell, Lust Incarnate." he paused and took a more serious tone, "but I'm sure you want me for something," his voice took a lighter softer tone, "Since you were looking for me."

Racklor chuckles deeply "yes in fact i was. i am composing a team of combatiants to gain power in this world. have you met my friend he likes to play with paper alot and one more thing, what are you capable of?"

He gasped," at the request of the strapping demon "What am I capable of?" he thought long and hard well not so hard and not so long and smiled, "Running away and living to fight another day." he took a more serious tone, "but all jokes aside, I can do a lot of things.. but it think I forgot how.. I didn't get to be a king of hell for just my favorite skills, or maybe I did...." he pointed his blade to the ground and without word it stretched throughout the ground, he act as if he didn't notice that his blade had gone any where he just held the same silly I'm thinking pose as the while under ground the blade went under both of them and came behind the other devil and tapped him on the shoulder's. " I can't really think of anything at the moment. but if you want me I'll join with big powerful people like you all I would not have to fight even."

Racklor laughed at this blade on the shoulder and walk toward the other devil "then you shall become one with Vicis Nex" and with that he extended a hand to seal the deal in the traditional matter. the bloody red glow still faintly in his eyes.

He took his hand gracefully and smiled of course he hand no intention of not carrying his own weight he would fight beside them , He was monster of lust not of Sloth, "Well I feel quite welcomed, now where are the women?" as a smile came across his face,they have no idea what the have welcomed to their ranks." he thought as his hand touched the other devil's and without hesitation he was now a Vicis Nex, "How cliched, we sound like the bad guys" he thought

"that would be what the other gangs seem to think." as he chuckles "And for women i have seen none of late. but you look as if you are about to pass out from over exhaustion. i know of a safe place to rest for i while. but it is all your desision." then Racklor paces to the edge of the balcony and turns to look at the other devil. "are you coming?"

"No women then that is fine." he followed behind him with slight vigor. he smiled, why yes I'll come with you." the word rest seemed to hit home with him. "by all means lead the way.

Racklor just dropped of the balcony and fell for a couple seconds then came up to eye level with the other devil :then lets go" then turned and flew off toward the hotel.

he followed suit but a a lighter fashion, his winged didn't need to beat as hard as his, he kept is soft as he could , a force of habit and he wasn't one to bee seen or heard he was just there.
