* Hair: Shoulder length when let down, albeit normally held up in two twin buns, and of a natural ashen gray shade. A fringe adorns her face delicately.
* Eyes: A shade of hazel, or warm chocolate brown flecked with gold.
* Skin: A creamy peach in tone, imbued with a naturally healthy glow. Scarring her left shoulder blade is a large “13”, carved into her flesh deeply enough to prevent permanent healing.
* Height: Approximately five feet.
* Weight: One hundred and ten pounds.
* Usual Style of Clothing: Following her oriental background, Rin’s fireproof and extremely durable ensemble consists of a short, traditional silk Chinese dress, slit at both sides up to her waist in a pale shade of lavender. Along the border of the outfit is a satin fabric in a cherry blossom pink shade. Her right hand is gloved in white whereas her left arm is wrapped in white halfway up her bicep. Although her right leg is shown nude with a single purple ribbon tied at the thigh, Rin’s left leg is covered in a white thigh high, laced towards the top. Her feet are covered in fashionable black flats. Asymmetrical clothing is popular with this little feline.
* Other: As mentioned earlier, Rin’s flesh is maimed with a large “13”, whittled into her flesh deeply enough to prevent permanent healing. In her Were-Cat form, Rin is a lustrous, lean muscled ash gray feline with white tipped ears, paws, and tail. Startling gold irises dominate over her gentle, human hazel ones whilst in this appearance. Comparable in size to that of a bobcat, Rin’s fur always seems to smoothly ripple as her body naturally emanates a flow of wind. Uncontrollable, Rin’s cat ears and tail never seem to leave her human form, possibly from the experimentation causing subconscious traumatic shock.

* Special Ability: Sakurazuishō, which translates to Cherry Blossom Crystal(s) is Rin’s unique, special ability. This special ability allows Rin to materialize crystals out of thin air without using a source. The crystals hold a semi-transparent shade of pink, like that of cherry blossoms, and the uses become extremely versatile. The crystals are extremely durable and only usable by Rin herself, albeit they can shatter or splinter with the right move; fire cannot melt the crystals, and lightning cannot conduct itself through them either. Though with each special ability comes a price. After using Sakurazuishō on a moderate to high level scale, Rin can only use low level Sakurazuishō Special Abilities no higher than Level 3 during the time span of three hours (10 posts).
* Weapon:

Never anywhere without it, Rin carries an intricately designed a one-of-a-kind weapon known as a quandao, not to be mistaken for a naginata or a halberd, though they’re anatomically similar. With a five and a half foot long staff that gradients with warm colors of golden yellow to fiery orange to a pink-like plum hue with an eighteen inch double edged blade and a hook protruding from the blade seven inches from the beginning, the weapon itself is a beautiful work of art. A green dragon is coiled around the upper part of the staff and with reason; should Rin want to compact the size of Requiem, the name given to her weapon, meaning rest or peace in Latin, the dragon’s mouth will draw back the staff completely as if swallowing it and the tail will fan out and prevent cuts done by the blade by covering it. The weapon –specifically the blade– is derived from an unknown substance that is lightweight, extremely durable, never scratches or dulls, is not magnetic, and does not conduct heat or electricity whatsoever. It is also sharper than any natural blade, capable of slicing through nearly anything, easily through layers of compact diamonds and iron to set the bar. It is unable, however, to cut through other unbreakable weapons, armor, and of course, substances that will regroup once cut. In its full extended form, the end of the staff has a pointed spiral tip that can easily be used for impaling clean through anything, like an Imperial lance would do. Hanging from the hook of the blade is a pale, cherry blossom-pink tassel made from the silk threads woven by a young child that lost her life in an ambush Rin could not stop. Although it adds beauty to the weapon itself, it also adds a useful capability to Requiem, as well as a sense of sadness. Inside the tassel is a thin line holding three small bells that are hidden beneath the tassels that, when rung with the wind controlled by Artemisia herself, gives off inaudible sound waves that immediately deafen the unwanted being near her weapon. As a means of defense, because one’s motor skills and senses become impaired with the sudden loss of hearing through painful means as well as an agonizing ringing sound inside their head, this manner of defense against malicious hands nearing her weapon is both effective and not lethal.

* Personality: Rin Sakura Shaomei is quite the character. Although Rin lacks the ability to speak in a human tongue because of her tongue being mutilated –thus being classified as mute– she’s a very sweet and subtle girl. Holding childish characteristics merged with cat-like traits, like how she’d rather go play alone than with others, and becoming possessive of anything and everything is something that’s unique to Rin. She can even come off as shy, though this is only half of who she is. Her form of communication is through feline sounds and the sound of bells. Because of her torture while being an experiment for the government that desperately groped at the want of her special ability, Rin was forevermore left scarred by them, both physically and mentally. When Rin enters her Sinner mood, that is, when Rin is going in for a kill, her personality and outlook on things takes a u-turn of finesse. Baiting her enemies with her forged innocence, Rin takes her sexual orientation to a whole new level; playing her foes like emotional puppets. Albeit Rin does have a limit as to how far she will torture someone – having it done to her first-hand. She normally goes for a swift end. As a quirk, Rin is a prodigal pickpocket.

Please clairify your ability. Some lines in your description are too vauge. such as "their capabilities are far beyond one would normally fathom".
also, We have a problem with the line "the crystals will never shatter, splinter, become affected by the elements" i don't mind if they can't shatter or splinter, but they are not impervious to elements. As such, someone could deflect them with an elemental attack, even if they cannot break them.
Aside from those issues it looks good.
